The course will help the responsible citizen develop necessary skills to employ a carbine in close quarters. The main objective for this course will be to improve on weapons handling, speed and accuracy.  There will also be a focus on engaging targets within typical CQB (close quarter battle) ranges that most shooters will likely encounter in an urban environment. There will also be a focus on the foot work needed to move and engage targets while on the move and increase shooter safety, as well as target identification drills. 250 rifle rounds. Extra ammo is encouraged.

Required Equipment:

• Bring a Carbine with the following; reliable sighting system, 

sling (tactical)

• Spare batteries for optics

• Bring 3 magazines (minimum)

• Magazine carrier of some type I.E. battle belt, or chest rig, or plate carrier 

• Bring 250rds of ammunition

• Bring a cleaning kit and oil

• Bring a case for your carbine

• Bring eye and ear protection

• Sunscreen

• Hat

• Sunglasses

• Seasonably appropriate comfortable clothing

Knee and/or elbow pads if desired

• Food, water (bring more than you think you need), or Snacks

• Any necessary medications

• Insect repellent
